Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your HelloShop account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your HelloShop account with the subject "Delete my account":

Please send from, or clearly state, the email address you used to sign in so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

Your account record and the profile details received from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo, account identifier).
Any data tied to your account stored in our systems.

What you can remove yourself, immediately

AI chat history is stored only on your device — clear it in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove it.
Revoke location permission any time in your device settings.

What is not personal data

Cached area (shop) information is aggregated, non-personal map data and is not linked to your identity; it is refreshed periodically and is not deleted as part of an account request.

Timeline

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law.
