HelloShop analyses a location you select and produces a list of businesses mapped nearby, population and demographic figures, rankings of business types by estimated suitability, estimated costs and financial projections, suggested locations within a scanned area, franchise and government scheme information, and AI-generated layouts and summaries.
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it.
HelloShop is an information and research tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, business advice, legal advice or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to start, buy or invest in any business. ProWin Apps is not a registered investment adviser, financial adviser, chartered accountant or valuer, and using the app does not create any adviser-client or professional relationship.
Setup costs, monthly revenue, profit, expenses, rent, staff cost, break-even, payback, return on investment, expected daily customers and every franchise projection are estimates produced by software from category-level benchmarks and third-party data. They are not a forecast of your earnings, not a valuation, and not a guarantee that any business will be profitable or will survive.
Actual results depend on things the app cannot observe: the rent you negotiate, the premises and its frontage and visibility, your pricing and suppliers, your staffing and service, competitors who open after your scan, seasonality, licensing and approvals, economic conditions, and your own skill and effort. Two identical businesses at the same location can produce completely different results.
The app does not know the rent of any specific property. Rent and wage figures are derived from population density and category benchmarks as a proxy, adjusted over time by an assumed inflation rate. They will often differ substantially from what a particular landlord asks. Always obtain a written quotation for the actual premises before committing money.
Investment amounts, floor areas, royalty rates and territory radii are indicative figures compiled from publicly available sources. They are not quotations and are not supplied or endorsed by any franchisor. Publicly reported figures for the same brand vary widely.
Territory availability is derived from outlets present in third-party map data, and map data is incomplete. An outlet that is not mapped will not be detected, so a territory the app shows as open may in fact be held by an existing franchisee. Only the franchisor can confirm availability. Always confirm every franchise figure and territory question directly with the franchisor in writing before spending money or signing anything.
Information about Mudra, PMEGP, Stand-Up India, State Channelizing Agency schemes and any lender programme is general reference only. Caps, rates, subsidies and eligibility change and vary by state, lender and applicant. The app does not assess your eligibility and cannot tell you whether an application will be approved. Matching a scheme to your setup cost is not a statement that you qualify.
Shop listings, ratings, price levels, opening hours, business status, map data and population figures come from third parties including Google Maps Platform, OpenStreetMap and public population datasets. We do not verify or warrant their accuracy, completeness or currency. Businesses close without being marked closed, new businesses take time to appear, and coverage varies between areas.
Layouts and written summaries are produced by automated systems, may contain errors, and are illustrative only. AI floor plans are not architectural or engineering drawings, are not to scale for construction, and must not be used for building, fit-out, statutory approval or any safety-related purpose.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions. Before committing money, verify independently, visit the location, speak to nearby shopkeepers and landlords, obtain written quotations, and take advice from a qualified chartered accountant, lawyer or business adviser.
Use the app to decide which places are worth visiting. Do not use it as the sole basis for any financial commitment.
Paid plans are sold through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel through your Google Play account; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We may issue discretionary refunds but are not obliged to except where required by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Plans include usage limits, which may change; material reductions will be notified in advance. When a subscription ends or lapses, paid features and the data produced by them stop being available and the app reverts to the free tier.
You may not use the app unlawfully; scrape, bulk-extract, resell or redistribute data obtained through it; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, keys or credentials; circumvent usage limits or payment; use automated systems to access it; or use it to build a competing product or dataset.
Third-party data in the app is subject to its providers' terms, including the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Extracting or redistributing that data may breach those terms as well as these.
The app, its software, models, scoring methods, catalogues, text and design are owned by ProWin Apps. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it. Third-party data remains the property of its providers.
Reports and plans you export are for your own business use. You may share them with your advisers, landlords, partners and lenders. You may not resell them or offer analysis derived from the app as a commercial service without our written permission.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. The app depends on third-party services that may become unavailable or change their terms or pricing, and we may have to alter or remove features as a result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business loss, lost profits, lost investment, lost revenue, lost opportunity, wasted expenditure, lease or rent commitments, loan liabilities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from any decision you make based on it. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify ProWin Apps against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your redistribution of data or reports obtained through it.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any matter directly.
